Kisumu Expressive Art and Play Therapy Workshop

On May 14th and 15th, Gloria travelled to Kisumu (Western Kenya) to facilitate a 2-day workshop in 'Expressive Art and Play Therapy for Children' at the Kenya Association of Professional Counselors (KAPC) Kisumu branch. The 23 participants, mainly professional counselors, have excitedly requested additional training and so we are considering a month long certificate course in the future. Our goal is that trainees can eventually become trainers in the Harambee Arts model. The training provided opportunities for personal growth and at the same time it was inspiring and fun!
