Sofia Casas is Harambee Arts’ new Program Assistant in Nairobi

Sofia Casas is Harambee Arts' new Program Assistant in Nairobi.  She is a
world citizen with a passion for the power of art and healing. She has a
degree in Development and International Relations from the University of
Sussex, UK and is looking to further her education in the field of art
therapy.

Sofia joined Harambee Arts in February, 2009 after attending a training in Expressive Arts at Kenya Association of Professional Counselors. In two months, Sofia has become an integral part of our community and has helped us to move  to another level in terms of organizational and program development. The Harambee Arts' staff, children and women love Sofia…her boundless imagination, creativity and HEART are extraordinary.
